FHIRfly Connectivity Intelligence

FHIRfly Connectivity Intelligence is an API that helps healthcare developers answer the question: "How do I connect to this provider or organization?"

We aggregate publicly available endpoint information from sources like the NPPES Endpoint Reference File, CMS National Provider Directory, and organization websites to provide a unified view of healthcare connectivity options.

To ensure the accuracy of our data, we periodically verify that published endpoints are accessible. Our verification process:

• Only checks publicly listed FHIR endpoints
• Makes minimal, read-only requests (SMART discovery, capability statements)
• Respects rate limits (max 10 requests per domain per hour)
• Uses a transparent User-Agent identifying our service
• Does not attempt authentication or access protected data

If you see this User-Agent in your server logs, it means we're verifying endpoint information that was publicly listed in a healthcare directory.
